Doneil began his journey in the industry at just 17 years old, stepping onto his first site with a vision to create stronger, more connected teams. He believed that real success on any project comes from building trust, communication, and unity among the people delivering the work.
Over the years, he has led teams across a variety of challenging environments, mastering the ability to train, motivate, and inspire crews to perform at their very best.
